After the house was sold, we started to look for a new property. We asked for Sharon's assistance with that as well. Before long we made an offer and purchased the next house. I would have to start off by saying I was not an easy person to deal with. I was on a time crunch to have to find a place and get everything done in less than two months. I want to say Steven knocked it out the park. He made my stress level more of a 4 when it was a 10 plus. Any question I had I always received an answer. He was there for me every step of the way and even after. I recommend him to any one that wants an easy way to get to your perfect home as stress free as possible. An absolute blessing.
I was not preparing to buy a house but was able to go through the whole process in 3 weeks from touring to signing. Steven held my hand and worked with me every step of the way. He arranged an extra viewing for my family, helped me find contractors and arranged appointments for minor inspection finds, really went the extra mile for everything. Steven went out of his way to find me the house I wanted. He drove 2-3 hours away with me to look at houses I was interested in, on several occasions. He puts all his effort into getting you your dream house. I would highly recommend him as a realtor. He was the absolute best!
